A detached and very spacious house with arguably the best views over the town and sea and behind the house the Garaff National Park. Approximately an easy 5 minute car ride from the centre of town.
The property is divided into the house which comprises 5 bedrooms each with a double bed. 3 bath/shower rooms, 1 en-suite jacuzzi bath to the master bedroom. In addition there is a separate 2 double bedroom apartment with 72 sq metre lounge/diner beneath the house which offers independant living space with each bedroom having its own shower (1 en-suite) and a lounge and American style kitchen with breakfast bar.
The house was built in 2004 and the apartment added the following year when the owners also took advantage to extend the living room to 80sq metres of space. Still retaining acres of terracing.
There is a large wrap-around terrace from the living room/dining room.
Outside of the apartment level, which lies beneath the house is a pool deck, swimming pool and garden level.
There are further terrace levels from the master and second bedroom and a rear zen inspired garden with fruit trees and herb garden.
The owners have created very spacious and comfortable accommodation for guests to enjoy. The architect designed and built house was modified during the construction by the owners to enhance the spacious feel of the accommodation.
Excellent quality of fittings and furnishings that truly make this house special in Sitges terms. It has featured in design and architectural reviews although it is a family home and house.
It is possible to rent either just the house or the house plus apartment giving flexible living space sufficent to accommodat a group of friends or family members up to a size of 14 people. the larger bedrooms will easily accommodate either a sofa-bed or a foldaway bed (available upon request) and thus an extra 2 or 3 people can be accommodated making 16 or 17 in total.
Both the house lounge level and the apartment lounge have sattelite TV and home cinema sound systems.

The apartment also offers games space with a pool table with access to the shower and pool.
Further terrace down below and above the garage, which will house 3 cars comfortably, to provide an even greater feeling of space.
A car is recommended when renting the house although it is possible to work with local taxis. A car gives renters the freedom to come and go as they please. The walk into town is a gentle stroll of approx 20 minutes. However, as the house looks over the town and sea then getting back is recommended by car or taxi or for the very fit!
Overall the house and apartment offers 440sq metres of built accommodation on a plot size of 780sq metres. A modern classic house.

Booking conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 40 percent is charged at the time of booking. 6 weeks prior to the start of your booking the balance will also be charged and once paid is also non-refundable.
Guests are strongly recommended to have adequate Travel Insurance in place to ensure they are covered for any kind of cancellation.
Check-in and check-out at the hotel, as above.
Check in normally after 1400 and check-out 1100 on day of departure. Earlier check-in may be possible but is dependent upon earlier guest check-out and preparation of the apartment. Later check-out is NOT normally available. Where it is agree then there will be an extra charge to enable us to re-plan cleaning. Luggage may be left at the hotel for later collection
Should you depart from your apartment early, for whatever reason, we are unable to offer a refund.
Accidental damage, lost keys, wear & tear and costs
Accidents happen!! Lets face it. If something untoward does happen to you during your stay in one of our properties that results in damage or injury then:
Inform LS as soon as possible
A spare key is held at the office
A normal amount of wear & tear is expected but anything beyond this and LS will levy a charge. Failure to report damage or loss will result in a charge to your credit card or to any deposit held.
Please bear in mind that the accommodation that you are staying in is someones own home or their investment property and it should be treated with respect. It should be left in a clean and tidy condition, rubbish removed and the kitchen especially left in a tidy state with all washing-up done and put away.
At the point and time of check-in you will be asked and required to provide details of a current Visa or Mastercard credit card and to authorise charges to that card in the event of accidental damage or abuse. If you are unable to provide this then we may refuse you entrance to your accommodation until we have this or to hold a returnable cash deposit, subject to any necessary charges, We will advise of any charges made in respect of breakages or damage. We are a company registered with the local trade organisatioin and town hall, as well as the Generalitat of Barcelona, and act as a responsible provider. You will be offered an opportunity to dispute any charges thus made that you do not feel appropriate through an appeals procedure as laid out by the GREMI of Sitges the local association of hotel and accommodation providers.
Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towels
The rent that you have paid includes an end of stay clean and other periodic cleans as indicated. The rubbish that you have created during your stay should be removed during your stay and before you leave the property and the accommodation should be left in reasonable and tidy order. If your stay is for 1 week or longer then an interim clean may be arranged. The cleaners generally arrive between 11am and 2 pm and occasionally a little later or earlier. They do not do the washing up but will empty or fill the dishwasher if there is one.
If you do not need fresh towels or bed linen, just let the office or our cleaners know.
Air Conditioning
Most of our accommodations have air conditioning. We would ask that you switch the air-conditioning off when you leave the accommodation, as it is expensive in terms of water and electricity. All the a/c units are new and very effective in cooling rooms in 5 to 10 minutes. Please do not operate air-conditioning with windows and doors open as this puts a strain on the system and may cause damage which will be charged.
Electricity, Gas and Water
All amenities are included in the cost of your apartment. Occasionally Sitges is prone to power surges in the electrical supply and you may experience a slight flickering of the lights or a small power cut. This is quite normal. There is a TRIP switch on the fuse board in your apartment which just has to be switched off and then on again. Your meeter and greeter will show you where the box is.
Water supply in Sitges is good, though we would recommend you do not drink the water. Again sometimes there is a variance in water pressure. Occasionally, should everyone in an apartment building be using the shower simultaneously, water pressure drops and there is no hot water. We suggest you leave the shower for 5 minutes then try again.
Some apartment blocks have an antiquated water provision of a daily limit of the amount of water that fills up the tank (deposito) for the apartment. Our minimum for such apartments is 1500litres which should be more than adequate. However, if prolonged showers, baths and use of the washing machine is frequent then the water will run out and then the only option is to wait for the tank to refill. With sensible use of resources there should NOT be a problem.
The Liberty Bar
The bar at the Liberty is open earlier than many other Sitges bars, from 7 pm to 10 pm every night. The garden, conservatory and bar are all open for a relaxing drink prior to Dinner. We also hold evening events; details are available from the Bar.
Faxes
Faxes can be sent and received from the Liberty at a charge of 50 centimos per page. The fax number is +34 93 894 1662. The office is open between 9.30 and 2 pm and 7 9.30 pm.
Beach Towels
Beach Towels can be hired from the Liberty. Hire is for up to 3 days. Simply drop off your old towel after three days and collect a freshly laundered one. Cost is 1 Euro per towel, per change.
Welcome Packs
A welcome pack can be ordered before you arrive. Tea, coffee, milk, water, sugar and orange juice plus washing powder, are all included. We also offer the option of a deluxe pack that includes a bottle of Cordonui Cava. The cost for a Standard Pack is 12.50 and the Deluxe pack is 25.
